What a Mess

Dr. Bierman-Dear is an okay doctor, however working with her office is such a mess that we changed doctors after just putting up with too much for too many years. The last straw was making an appointment 3 weeks in advance, getting there and they have no record of the appointment and no one would help you to figure out when you could be seen after it was their fault in the first place. When you call to make appontments you must wait a minimum of 20 minutes on hold to speak with a receptionist. They rarely follow up for referals and trying to get your records transferred to a new doctor is such a tedious process it is almost impossible. Customer service is not a priority at this office and I rarely felt welcome by the receptionist staff.
